Review by hotel critic
My recent stay at City Hotel West was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Not only did they assist me in finding a valuable lost item, but they also provided ironing facilities in my room, which was a delightful surprise. The soundproofed rooms offered a peaceful retreat, allowing me to relax in absolute tranquility. The attention to detail, from the free toiletries to the flat-screen TV with a wide range of channels, truly elevated my experience. I was also impressed by the convenient location, with a variety of dining options within walking distance. City Hotel West has set a new standard for luxury and service in my book, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.
